Our client are a well known food manufacturer based in Worcestershire looking to add to their Production team. You will be responsible for a team of 30+ multi skilled operators across a busy and fast paced manufacturing environemnt. The shift leader’s main role is to control the combination of labour resources, production process and equipment efficiency to achieve production efficiency standards Responsible for the daily management and control of shop floor activities to achieve the production plan. If you have experience within a similar environment and are looking for a new challenge this role cold be for you. * £40,000 * Double days – (6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm) * 25 + 8 holidays
