We are currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Shift Engineer to join a leading FMCG manufacturing business based in Northamptonshire, during an incredibly exciting time of growth and investment.

Position: Multi-Skilled Shift Engineer
Location: Northamptonshire
Salary: £55,000 + Excellent Overtime (1.5x & 2x rates)
Shift Pattern: 4 ON / 4 OFF rotating days and nights (2 days, 2 nights), 7-week cycle
Additional Time Off: Enjoy 18 days off at the end of every 5 shift blocks
The Role:
As a key part of our engineering team, you’ll be responsible for ensuring plant machinery and equipment runs efficiently across our fast-paced FMCG production environment. This is a multi-skilled role requiring both mechanical and electrical engineering experience.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar multi-skilled maintenance/engineering role within FMCG or manufacturing
- Strong fault-finding, diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working a rotating shift pattern (including nights and weekends)
