Take full control of production in a modern food manufacturing site and shape how high-quality products are delivered. You’ll lead a skilled team, take charge of performance improvements and develop your leadership career with direct influence across multiple product lines.
With clear visibility of key metrics, you’ll drive smarter decision-making, reduce waste and boost output efficiency. You’ll also work closely with technical, supply chain and NPD teams to bring new products to life, giving you hands-on experience with launches that impact the market and your site’s future.
What you’ll do
Oversee the full production process across frozen, chilled, and ambient goods. You’ll plan and adjust schedules to meet customer demand, while keeping standards and specifications tight. You’ll also take charge of food safety compliance, making sure hygiene and quality procedures are followed without compromise.
Lead, train, and support managers and supervisors across the site. You’ll shape performance, develop people, and manage underperformance, giving you hands-on experience in people leadership and development.
