I am looking for a creative and technically skilled Senior NPD Technologist to join a fast-growing business that’s transforming how customers experience food. You’ll bring bold ideas to life, working on both new and existing product lines, from concept to launch. With a focus on fresh, healthier products, you’ll balance technical precision with innovative thinking to deliver top-tier results.
This role is perfect for someone with 3–5+ years’ experience in food product development and a strong track record of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll be hands-on in the test kitchen and factory floor while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure every launch hits the mark. Strong technical skills, a solutions-focused mindset, and the ability to spot trends and turn them into commercially viable products are key.
