Responsibilities Include:

  • Oversee and maintain product specifications
  • Liaising with NPD, conducting product risk assessment
  • Product compliance to internal and external standards, keeping up to date with any changes in food safety legislation.
  • Artwork and labelling checks including nutritional information and allergen management.
  • Handling customer complaints, making suggestions for continuous improvement.

The Candidate:

  • Ability to work alone or as part of a team
  • Minimum of HACCP Level 2/Food Safety Level 2
  • Knowledge of BRC standards is advantageous
  • Knowledge of using different customer portals.
