Overview
In this role you own end-to-end product development for UK retailers, from concept through to supermarket shelf. You’ll manage retail customer projects as their trusted NPD partner and lead kitchen work and factory trials. You will spot trends, benchmark competitors, and drive launches on time, collaborating with a supportive NPD team and Head of NPD & R&D. This is a hands-on, ownership-focused role with clear progression into senior NPD? career and hybrid working.

Responsibilities
- Develop new products from concept to launch
- Manage retail customer accounts and act as their NPD partner
- Lead development kitchen work and factory trials
- Present concepts directly to customers
- Identify trends and drive innovation
- Oversee multiple projects and critical paths to ensure timely launches
Key requirements
- 12 months–5 years' experience in Product Development or NPD
- Experience developing products for UK retailers
