The Opportunity:
We are seeking fully qualified, multi-skilled Maintenance Engineers to join our dynamic team. This role offers the chance to work with advanced manufacturing technology in a fast-paced environment, supported by a structured Advanced Development Programme to enhance your skills and career progression.
Shift Pattern:
- 4 on 4 off (12-hour shifts).
- Enjoy two weekends off every 4 weeks and extended time for family, hobbies, and personal pursuits.
Salary:
- Up to 56,500 dependent on qualifications and experience.
- Overtime paid at 1.5x hourly rate.

Your Responsibilities:
- Uphold Health & Safety, Food Safety, and GMP standards to ensure a compliant, secure workplace.
- Deliver proactive/reactive maintenance to optimize machinery performance in production areas.
- Conduct Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Lead root cause analysis and contribute to Continuous Improvement initiatives.
What You Bring:
- HNC/HND/Degree or equivalent in Engineering, plus a completed apprenticeship.
- 2+ years post-apprenticeship experience in maintenance, ideally within FMCG/hygienic production.
- Proficiency in CMMS systems, MS Office, and technical problem-solving.
- Ability to thrive under pressure, make data-driven decisions, and communicate effectively.
