Senior MRICS Rating Surveyor role in a growing London rating team.

Responsibilities
- Provide rating appeal and mitigation advice to clients
- Manage and develop relationships with new and existing clients
- Advise on rating assessments, CCA appeals, empty rates and completion notices
- Negotiate appeals and provide strategic rating advice
- Collaborate with wider property teams to identify and develop opportunities
- Manage own workload, clients and deadlines
- Key requirements
- MRICS qualified with proven Rating experience
- Strong knowledge of rating legislation and case law
- Experience providing rating advice and negotiating appeals
- Valuation Tribunal experience preferred, Upper Tribunal experience advantageous
- Strong client management, communication and negotiation skills
- Commercially astute with an entrepreneurial approach
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Good IT skills and familiarity with Rating software
