You’ll lead our health and safety, environmental, energy and sustainability programmes, helping shape standards across our growing operations. Your key responsibilities: * Drive a positive safety culture and lead risk assessments, site inspections and incident investigations. * Manage and improve our integrated management system covering ISO 45001, 9001, 14001 and 50001. * Lead audits, contractor assurance and corrective actions. * Improve environmental and energy performance and support sustainability objectives. What you’ll bring: * NEBOSH General Certificate (Level 3), at least three years’ relevant experience, and a recognised fire safety or fire risk assessment qualification. * ISO 45001 auditor qualification and practical management systems auditing experience. * Experience in operational or high-risk technical environments, ideally data centres or critical infrastructure. * Knowledge of UK health and safety legislation, ISO 14001, ISO 50001 and ISO 9001. * Appropriate IOSH membership, a full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
