DR Newitt Engineering & Manufacturing are currently recruiting for a major facilities management business that has secured a significant new contract covering multiple sites across London. As a result of this expansion, we are looking to speak with experienced Facilities Maintenance Engineers, Supervisors and Fabric Engineers who are interested in joining an established business with long-term opportunities available. We are currently recruiting for: Electrical Mobile Engineers * Electrical maintenance and PPM across commercial / facilities environments * Reactive fault finding and repairs * Electrical inspections and testing * Experience working within commercial buildings / FM environments preferred * Relevant electrical qualifications required Mechanical Mobile Engineers * Mechanical PPM and reactive maintenance * General building services maintenance * Fault finding, repairs and preventative maintenance * Experience within commercial / facilities environments preferred * Relevant mechanical qualifications desirable Mobile Supervisors – Mechanical & Electrical * Supervising mobile engineering teams across multiple London sites * Ensuring PPM and reactive works are completed to a high standard * Supporting engineers with technical issues and site requirements * Client liaison and day-to-day operational management * Previous supervisory experience within facilities management / building services required Mobile Fabric Engineers * General building fabric maintenance across multiple sites * Repairs and maintenance to doors, fixtures, fittings and building fabric * Basic plumbing, carpentry, decorating and general maintenance * Previous experience in a mobile facilities / building maintenance role preferred The opportunity This is an excellent opportunity to join a large, established facilities management business at an exciting period of growth, following the award of a major new London contract.
