Daily Responsibilities:
- Ensure the upkeep of the accuracy of laboratory results.
- Maintenance of laboratory equipment.
- Continuing laboratory testing methods and SOPs.
- Methodology of the testing in the laboratory.
- Validate analytical procedures.
- Managing and ordering minimum stocks of laboratory consumables.
- Supervising that NPD physical parameter results are correctly transferred from NPD to Technical.
- End-of-life and testing of samples are followed according to the testing programmes.
- Managing the external laboratory testing requests and overseeing that they are done correctly.
- Out of specification results and corrections.
- Assuring competency and training of laboratory staff.
- Creating templates.
- Upkeep laboratory practices.
Experience:
- Proven track record in laboratory management.
- Analytical chemistry environment.
- Food manufacturing experience (FMCG).
