* Location: County Durham (This is a site-based role)

* Salary: up to £40-50K DOE

* Reporting to: HR Manager

* Hours: 8:30am till 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.

* Deliver a proactive, hands-on HR service at your local site, partnering with managers to drive engagement, compliance, and operational excellence.
