About the role:

* Location: County Durham (This is a site-based role)

* Salary: up to £25-30k

* Reporting to: HR Business Partner

* Hours: 8:30am till 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities:

* Provide efficient, professional first-line HR administration and systems support to the site HR team and managers.

* Own the accuracy of HR data (SAP SuccessFactors/Kronos), coordinate payroll inputs and employee documentation, administer holidays/absence, and support recruitment, onboarding and induction activities.

* Act as a helpful first point of contact for HR queries, ensuring compliant Right-to-Work checks, GDPR-aligned record-keeping and audit-ready documentation in a fast-paced, multi-shift manufacturing environment
