The Role: Health & Safety Manager Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our site. With the full backing of our Leadership Team, you will lead the implementation of our Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) strategy. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations, as well as our Group and local H&S policies and procedures. Beyond compliance, your leadership will help embed a culture where safety and environmental stewardship are at the heart of everything we do. Safety isn’t just a priority—it’s a core value. Your role will empower every team member to contribute to a safer, healthier, and more sustainable workplace.
