Working with an exceptional FMCG Manufacturer going through rapid growth, we are in search for an Engineering Manager to join their team!
This role will primarily focus on managing the Site Engineering Team, ensuring plant and machinery are maintained to the Preventive Maintenance System to minimize risk of equipment downtime
Responsibilities:
- Observe & apply all Health & Safety policies & procedures
- Develop personal coaching skills to improve team and individual performance
- Ensure that the Engineering team have the necessary training, competence, knowledge and both technical and leadership skills in order to achieve KPI targets.
- Identify projects to improve Plant performance reducing downtime, waste, labour, complaints
- Responsible for the allocation of financial resource within budget constraints
Your leadership skills, project management expertise, and technical knowledge will contribute to the success of this team. If you are a detail-oriented individual with a passion for problem-solving and maintaining high-quality standards, this role is for you!
