A Global Packaging Manufacturer is currently recruiting for a Technical Manager / Quality, Compliance & Systems Manager to lead and direct the technical team and systems for two sites.
This role will require a home base in South Wales / Bristol / Herefordshire / Worcestershire area. 3-4 days per week on sites initially for 6months then approx 2 days per week on site.
This is an exciting opportunity to implement the Technical, Quality, Compliance into two sites, creating process and consistence to deliver sustainable and profitable growth.
This role will ideally require experience in packaging manufacturing / food packaging manufacturing.
- Technical Manager / Compliance & Systems Manager
- Led and develop the Technical team for both sites
- Lead, manage and maintain BRC, ISO9001, ISO 14001, BS8555 accreditations and audits
- Partner with Sales, Manufacturing, Customers, and Material Sourcing to drive innovation and cost reduction
- Lead technical investigations
- Generate and communicate regular technical activity reports, summarizing project status, trial outcomes, and recommendations for process optimization or product improvement.
- Maintain ongoing technical engagement with customers to support co-development projects, trials, and performance validation, enhancing customer satisfaction, sales growth, and long-term partnerships.
You will be a Technical Manager / Quality Compliance & Systems Manager, ideally degree qualified.
You will ideally have worked in flexible packaging manufacturing, This role will require a solid working knowledge of development processes and related manufacturing and experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), Visio, Teams, and Outlook.
