An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Technical Manager to join a thriving and rapidly growing food manufacturing business. With a strong presence in both branded and private label markets, this business has doubled in size over the last four years and continues to lead through innovation, collaboration, and a commitment to quality.

This role is based primarily at our Somerset factory, with regular weekly travel to London and occasional travel within the EU.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure all food products produced and imported into the UK comply with relevant legislation and labelling requirements

Review and approve artwork for accuracy and technical compliance

*

Act as the key technical contact for UK customers regarding products manufactured outside the UK

*

Support technical administration related to non-UK manufacturing sites

*

Facilitate clear communication between UK operations and non-UK production sites

*

Assist in resolving any quality or compliance issues with external sites

*

Participate in internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives

Background & Experience:
