The Company

An industry-leading FMCG business seeks an ambitious and motivated individual to fill a fast-paced and exciting role in their Customer Service team.

The Role

The overall purpose of this role is to provide the best possible customer service to B2B customers, via telephone, email, web and customer portals. You’ll learn and be responsible for a wide range of duties which will include:

  • Process customer orders, ensuring customers are aware of delivery times/dates, prices, stock issues
  • Respond to any customer queries in a polite and timely fashion via phone and online
  • Work with sales team regarding customers' orders and price structures
  • Process credit/debit requests and EDI invoicing

Your Skills & Experience

To be considered for this opportunity you will need:

  • Previous experience in customer service in an office environment (ideally from FMCG)
  • Meticulous attention to detail with excellent numeracy and IT skills (ideally Navision & Excel)
  • Strong communication skills with excellent customer management.
  • Willing to work flexibly
