In this hands-on role, you’ll support the smooth running of production by delivering both reactive and planned maintenance across a range of production and ancillary equipment. You’ll work closely with operations teams to minimise downtime, carry out root cause analysis, and implement improvements to boost efficiency. Key Responsibilities: * Deliver hands-on maintenance and repairs across production and site equipment. * Troubleshoot faults, identify root causes, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. * Work closely with operations and contractors to ensure safe and efficient maintenance practices. * Maintain accurate records, develop PPM schedules, and support knowledge-sharing across teams. * Uphold high standards of health, safety, and quality in a food manufacturing environment.
