Responsibilities:

  • Champion Unity record keeping for Import and Export (upkeep of export preferential origin / commodity codes / Preferred Suppliers)
  • Ensuring up to date information to feed through to various business outputs
  • Maintain and drive up to date records for Supplier long-term declarations / renewals / specific batch declarations and upkeep of relevant supplier and product data
  • Maintaining on time Preferential Origin. Ensuring we are compliant with our preferential origin claims and records are well documented and stored for audit.
  • Support Export Administrators information requirements
  • Daily update and circulation Export Hub administration and Proof of Export records
  • Assist with Import Hub administration
  • Cross skill for cover for both import and export administrators
  • Develop and maintain Procedure Hub for both Import/Export and Customer Service Version driven procedures for compliance
  • Complaint record upkeep
  • Produce Invoices for weekly shipments
  • Produce Invoice and Packing List packs
  • Support commercial customer communication
  • Adhere to Health & Safety principles

CANDIDATE

Essential:

  • Self-sufficient and highly motivated individual able to work on own initiative
  • Demonstrate clear communication internally and externally
  • Demonstrate a high attention to detail
  • Have the ability to control and maintain information Hubs and compile reports / documents into presentable format
  • Solid skills and understanding of Excel, Outlook, Power Bi and the ability to adapt skills to internal programs

Desirable:

  • Worked in similar B2B supply business and if possible, experience in a shipping environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work on own initiative & problem-solving track record
  • Be a team player
  • Able to adapt to requirements across a broad range of work streams

Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5pm (HYBRID- 1-2 Days in the office) 37.5 Hours per week

Pension: Auto enrolled at 4% or company match between 4-10%
