The predicted salary is between 40000 - 50000 £ per year.

This is a cross-functional service, and the holder will partner with the stakeholders – internal training vendor, service delivery network, communication teams, admin community, project sponsors and topic owners & experts to ensure optimal change management & adoption/training plans are designed, planned, communicated, implemented, and adhered to maximise adoption and learning.

Analyses customer and project requirements and needs to design and develop effective training courses and materials. Interprets technical information and translates it into practical language for training and instruction. Must demonstrate thorough technical and subject matter knowledge and experience through subject matter interviews, course audits, co-teach events and classroom instructor training.

Ability to work cross-functionally with other groups to design, develop, revise and evaluate training materials, including MS Office 365 tools end user training, new hire onboarding etc., delivered online and in class. Teach courses from beginning level to advance. Create instructional materials (presentations, course outlines, instructor guides, handouts, hands-on exercises, and training aids). Create instructional videos (short tutorials, recorded training packages etc.). Builds, tests, and maintains the training environment(s). Modify/update the training library of resources (videos, guides) to ensure latest knowledge. Provide a monthly status update, covering training activities, highlighting the status of training program.

Analyses new functionality and training in new releases to determine the training needs. Acquire and maintain current knowledge and competency and associated workflows. Follow and maintain details on new Office 365 features. Assist in class scheduling and program management, as well as in the development of large-scale training programs. Participate on cross-functional project teams to represent training and development and partner with EUX Training team members as needed in the planning and delivery of training across the enterprise. Coordinate with the development team for training need analysis. Collaborate, liaise and follow processes of the central IT Training team. Demonstrates fundamental skill in utilisation of learning management system to track course completion, competency, etc. Engage with the end user’s community via enterprise-wide forums like Yammer.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in training, learning & development, instructional design, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering end-user training programs (both virtual and in-person).
  • Strong ability to translate technical concepts into clear, user-friendly learning content.
  • Experience working in cross-functional environments, collaborating with stakeholders such as IT, communications, project teams, and external vendors.
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 tools and experience delivering related training is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated expertise in instructional design methodologies, including creation of training materials such as presentations, guides, videos, and hands-on exercises.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) to track training activities, completion, and performance.
  • Ability to analyse training needs, assess new system functionalities, and adapt learning programs accordingly.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to train audiences from beginner to advanced levels.
  • Experience supporting change management and user adoption initiatives within large-scale or enterprise environments.
  • Familiarity with digital learning tools, content creation platforms, and video production for training purposes.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and committed to continuous learning and staying up to date with new technologies and tools.
  • Candidates must declare criminal record extract not older than three months.
