DPP Ltd is a well-established forward-thinking, Private Equity-backed Electrical and HVAC services contractor that works for the UK's biggest hospitality brands. We are currently seeking an accounts assistant to join our well-established team at DPP as we continue to grow to help with the day-to-day tasks within the account function.
The position requires someone who is eager to learn, has a good eye for detail and is keen to become part of DPP's ever-expanding team.
Accounts Assistant Role Description:- Processing of day-to-day transactions within our accounts package Summit
- Accounts Payable including following documentation through the required approval channels
- Accounts Receivable including raising sales invoices and collection calls to customers where appropriate
- Liaising with our technical teams to help deal with customer and supplier queries
- Production and completion of Sales and Purchase Orders
- Daily and Monthly reconciliations
- Working with the Management Team to produce reports and data
This is an opportunity for an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual with good communication, organisational and administrative skills. No prior knowledge of working within an accounts function is necessary, as you will be given the relevant training on the job.
