This is a hands-on warehouse role where you will support the movement, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of stock. The successful candidate will be expected to work accurately, safely and efficiently while helping maintain high standards across the warehouse. The Role As a Warehouse Operative, your duties may include: Picking customer orders accurately using scanners, pick sheets or warehouse systems Packing and preparing goods ready for dispatch Loading and unloading vehicles safely Receiving, checking and booking in deliveries Putting stock away into the correct warehouse locations Replenishing picking locations when required Supporting stock counts and inventory checks Moving and relocating stock around the warehouse Keeping products handled carefully to reduce damage or waste Working towards daily individual and team targets Operating Material Handling Equipment when trained and authorised Supporting general warehouse organisation and housekeeping Health
