We are looking for a Transaction Manager to join our team in Sheffield overseeing Changan, Subaru and our Used Cars divisions.
About the Business
Our business has been operated by the same family for over 60 years and is one of the top 50 car dealers in the country. We employ over 600 people across our 26 locations.
About You
We are looking for someone who can listen to the customer’s needs and adapt their skills and knowledge to suit each customer individually. As a Transaction Manager you will need to work confidently towards targets and deadlines and maximise every opportunity. You should demonstrate a highly developed sales ability, outstanding commitment to customer care, and experience of F&I, deal stacking, second facing, coaching and development of the team, and providing assistance to the Sales Manager. Motor Trade experience is required to apply, either at a Senior Sales Executive position or from a Sales Manager/Business Manager level.
Main Purpose of Job Role
- Managing and developing all new and used vehicle sales enquiries
- Managing and developing the Finance and Insurance sales through new and used vehicle sales
- Maximising the sales and profitability of vehicles and associated products through the effective implementation of the D. M. Keith Way
- Maximising profitable sales of eligible finance and insurance products in line with F.C.A. compliance
- Ensuring all departmental processes and sales team members comply fully with F.C.A. Regulations
- Carrying out a self audit on a monthly basis
- Contributing to the development of plans, policies and procedures as required to achieve all sales tasks smoothly and timely
- Being fully conversant and compliant with all Sales Department procedures
