Sales Executive Recruitment Event – 11th June 2026 – Taking place at our KIA Leeds site! Are you looking to kick start your career in automotive sales? Join us for our recruitment event on 11th June from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm at our KIA Leeds site – LS12 6HG.

We’re looking for ambitious and highly motivated individuals who thrive on providing high‑class customer service to join our Sales team across Group. We have a number of roles available and are keen to find people who are hungry to learn and strive to be the best.

Our business started over 50 years ago and has been in the same family ever since. From humble beginnings we have grown to rank in the top 50 car dealers in the country. About The Role

As a Sales Executive you will listen to customer needs, adapt your skills and knowledge to meet individual requirements, and work confidently to targets and deadlines. Your main responsibilities include generating customer appointments, prospecting to maximise car sales in a challenging, target‑driven environment. Full training will be provided for trainees, including brand accreditation courses and continuous internal support.

What we offer

  • A basic salary of up to £27,000 plus On Target Earnings of up to £60,000 once you are accredited.
  • Working hours that are five days per week on a rota basis covering between 8:00 am and 6:30 pm, with every other weekend off.
  • World‑class training provided from our own trainer and brand partners.
  • Uncapped commission with higher bandings for high performance once accredited.
  • Company vehicle available when you first join.
  • 30 days annual leave inclusive of 8 bank holidays, with average commission paid during your annual leave.
  • Preferential rates for servicing and repairs on your family and friend’s cars.
  • A workplace pension scheme.

Working Hours (41.5 hrs)

You will work five days per week, an average of 41.5 hours per week. Every other weekend off.

Shifts Will Include

  • 8:00 am – 5:00 pm or 9:00 am – 6:30 pm Monday to Friday
  • 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Saturday
  • 10:30 am – 4:00 pm Sunday
