  • Provide full administrative support to Managing Director and assist in administrative duties for Board of Directors.

  • Manage and prioritise appointments and meetings; diarising for the Managing Director.

  • Overseeing and managing the ordering and distribution of uniform, stationary and other relevant supplies.

  • Time/note keeping during meetings.

  • Attending reviews where necessary.

  • Archive documents in line with D M Keith standards as well as adhering to legal policies and procedures – maintaining an organised, structured database.

  • Assisting in the organisation of company wide events, such as the Christmas party.

  • Plan, diarise and set up for any relevant meetings.

  • Time keeping for the managing director to ensure smooth scheduling for the Managing Director and the board of directors.

  • Overseeing and managing the ordering and distribution of uniform, stationary and other relevant supplies.

We are currently looking for an experienced personal assistant who will work on behalf of the Managing Director. This role will involve a plethora of different responsibilities, with a strong sense of independent, self-motivated working. You will work and communicate with a large variety of staff; from Sales Executives to the Board of directors, prioritizing the needs of the Managing Director., * Strong time keeping skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to multi task whilst maintaining high standards.

  • Computer literate.

  • Fast and accurate typist.

  • Organised and efficient.

  • Keen eye for detail.

  • Demonstrates a positive and proactive attitude and approach to working.

  • Trustworthy.

  • Previous experience managing multiple diaries.

  • Diligent.

  • Confident- Expected to work closely with the Managing Director and other senior staff across all Groups.
