We’re a thriving business employing over 650 people across the North, and we’re looking for a Personal Assistant & Office Manager to support our Managing Director and keep our business running like clockwork.
This is no ordinary PA role. You’ll be at the beating heart of our business, working closely with our board of directors, liaising with major car manufacturers and business partners, and diving into varied projects that will keep things interesting every single day.

Our business started over 60 years ago and has been in the same family ever since. From our very humble beginnings, we have grown to be in the top 50 car dealers in the country! Across our 26 businesses we have a stable workforce of over 650 people, many of whom have been with us for years. We are always on the lookout for nice, genuine people who genuinely care about our customers and have a can do attitude.

About You

What The Role Entails
- Being a trusted right hand to our Managing Director — handling diaries, calls, travel, meetings and the odd curveball.
- Organising and supporting our board of directors, making sure everyone’s in the right place at the right time (and ideally on the same page!).
- Acting as Office Manager at our Leeds HQ, keeping everything running smoothly — from facilities to food and drink for meetings (because good coffee and biscuits are the fuel of great decisions).
- Building professional relationships with our manufacturer partners and wider business network.
- Taking on exciting spin-off projects — no two weeks will look the same!
- Working confidently with Microsoft Office and other digital tools to create documents, reports and presentations.
Hours
8.30-5pm Monday to Friday, 30 mins for lunch
