A possible full-time career within the automotive industry with many opportunities to progress to positions of responsibility, including a service manager, master technician, and dealership principles. The opportunities are endless.

Responsibilities:

• Servicing vehicles according to manufacturer guidelines to ensure optimum performance.
• Conducting MOTs and vehicle maintenance.
• Observing and assisting technicians in various tasks.
• Maintaining a Motor Vehicle Level 3 qualification (Motor Vehicle Service And Maintenance Technician – Light Vehicle).
• Completing level 2 English and maths prior to taking the end-point assessment.
• Replacing parts that show signs of wear and tear before they fail.
• Diagnosing vehicle failures and executing repairs.

Before the Standard is met, all apprentices must hold a certificate that meets the EU’s 2014 F-gas regulation.

Working hours: Monday – Friday, 9.00am – 5.00pm (to be confirmed with the employer).
