This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and commercially minded individual to play a key role within a growing and evolving department. Working closely with both internal stakeholders and corporate customers, the successful candidate will help deliver exceptional levels of service while supporting the continued growth of the business within the fleet and corporate marketplace.

The role will suit a highly organised, customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands the importance of building strong, long-lasting business relationships. The successful applicant will be joining a business that values professionalism, collaboration, accountability, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.

The selected candidate will lead and develop a team of LBDM’s to support continued growth within the Fleet and Corporate department ensuring performance and resource levels align with our Brands expectations. Previous Corporate/Fleet and dealership experience is essential for this role, alongside a strong understanding of vehicle supply, customer management and the day-to-day operational demands of a busy corporate sales environment.

  • Working hours that are 5 days per week Monday to Friday.

  • 30 days annual leave inclusive of 8 bank holidays, increasing with length of service.
  • Preferential rates for servicing and repairs on your family and friend’s cars.
  • A workplace pension scheme.
  • Working hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm.
  • 40 hours a week.
