We are looking for an exceptional Brand Director to lead one of our manufacturer partnerships and take full responsibility for performance across the business.

This is not a role for someone who wants to maintain the status quo.

We want a leader who understands what great looks like in 2026 and beyond.

Someone who embraces data, technology, accountability and continuous improvement.

Someone who leads from the front and knows the detail, not someone who manages from a spreadsheet or an office.

You will have a proven track record in senior leadership within the motor industry.

You will inspire high performing teams, challenge poor performance, build strong manufacturer relationships and deliver outstanding commercial results.

Our expectation is simple.

One standard.

World class.

About You

  • Has significant senior management experience within a franchised dealer group.
  • Knows the numbers and acts on them.
  • Makes decisions based on facts, not habit.
  • Builds winning teams and develops future leaders.
  • Demands exceptional customer and colleague experiences.
  • Thrives on accountability.
  • Has the energy, resilience and ambition to outperform the market.

In return, you will join one of the UK's leading dealer groups who are family owned but with scale, we are currently number 43 in the AM100.

You will work with outstanding people, represent respected global brands and have the opportunity to make a genuine impact.

If you are looking for an easy ride, this role is not for you.

If you believe average is never good enough, and you want to help build a business where the only standard is world class, we want to hear from you.

We are an equal opportunity employer.

We are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees and do not discriminate on the basis of race, ethnicity, gender, age, national origin, religion, disability or other characteristics.
