About You

About The Role

As Workshop Controller you will oversee day‑to‑day operations, ensuring efficient completion of work and proper allocation to maximize productivity. You will enforce Brand and D M Keith standards, Health and Safety and quality/compliance regulations. You will monitor technician performance, identify improvement areas, and relay feedback. You will liaise with the Service Manager and Service Advisors to manage customer expectations and deadlines, supporting the team and aftersales management to maximize profitability and performance. You will also support warranty administration: processing claims in line with manufacturer guidelines, ensuring compliance and timely submission, maintaining accurate documentation, and coordinating with manufacturers on warranty queries and rejections.
