We are looking to recruit an experienced Used Car SalesExecutive to join our team at our Select Ossett site.

This is a fabulous opportunity to join a family run businessin the AM top 50 and represent one of our fantastic manufacturerpartners.

About the Business Our business started over 60 years ago and has been in thesame family ever since. From our very humble beginnings, we have grown to be inthe top 50 car dealers in the country. Across our 26 businesses we have astable workforce of over 600 people, many of whom have been with us for years.We are always on the lookout for nice, genuine people who genuinely care aboutour customers and have a can do attitude.

About You We are looking for someone who is able to listen to thecustomer’s needs and is able to adapt your skills and knowledge to suit thecustomer individually. As a Sales Executive you will have to be confidentworking to targets and deadlines and been able to maximize every opportunity,converting enquiries into sales.

As a Sales Executive you will be primarily responsible forgenerating customer appointments and prospecting in order to maximise car salesin a challenging, target driven environment. What we offer:

  • A basic salary of up to £23,000-£27,000 with an achievable OTE of upto £60,000.
  • Working hours that are 5 days per week
  • World-class training provided from our own trainer and ourbrand partners.
  • Uncapped commission with higher bandings for highperformance.
  • Every site has someone to do your handovers.
  • Opportunity to increase basic salary every quarter.
  • 30 days annual leave inclusive of 8 bank holidays, withaverage commission paid during your annual leave, increasing with length ofservice
  • Preferential rates for servicing and repairs on your familyand friend’s cars.
  • Cycle to work scheme.

Working Hours (41.5hrs) You will work 5 days per week, an average of 41.5 hours perweek. Every other weekend off.

If you have worked in retail previously, you will be glad toknow we close Easter Sunday, Christmas day, Boxing day and New Years Day.

You must have a valid UK driving license.
