We are looking for an Assistant Accountant to join our accounts team based in Leeds.

About You

The ideal candidate will have experience in accounting and finance, with a willingness to learn and develop. You should be well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of supporting the dealership accountant in daily accounting functions.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Supporting the efficient administration of the accounts department.
• Providing consistent customer service aligned with our standards and those of our manufacturers.
• Logging, approving, and coding purchase invoices.
• Completing reconciliations.
• Allocating costs and bonuses correctly to vehicles.
• Issuing invoices and credits accurately.
• Maintaining organized records for VAT input and output.
• Demonstrating effective communication.
• Assisting the dealership accountant.
