We are looking to recruit an experienced Used Car Sales Executive to join our team at our Select Ossett site.
This is a fabulous opportunity to join a family-run business in the top 50 and represent one of our fantastic manufacturer partners.

Our business started over 60 years ago and has remained in the same family. From humble beginnings, we have grown to be in the top 50 car dealers in the country. Across our 26 businesses, we employ over 600 people, many of whom have been with us for years.

About You
You should be able to listen to customer needs and adapt your approach accordingly. Confidence in working towards targets and deadlines, maximizing opportunities, and converting inquiries into sales is essential. You will be responsible for generating customer appointments and prospecting to maximize car sales. This is an excellent opportunity for those interested in a lifelong career in the automotive industry.
What We Offer:
- A basic salary of up to £23,000-£27,000 with an achievable OTE of up to £60,000.
- Working hours that are 5 days per week.
- World-class training provided by our trainers and brand partners.
- Uncapped commission with higher bandings for high performance.
- Support during handovers at each site.
- Opportunity to increase basic salary quarterly.
- 30 days annual leave, including 8 bank holidays, with commission paid during leave, increasing with service.
- Preferential rates for servicing and repairs for employees\' family and friends\' cars.
- Workplace pension scheme.
- £25 eye test contribution.
- Cycle to work scheme.
Working Hours: You will work 5 days per week. We close on Easter Sunday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year\'s Day. Every other weekend off. A valid UK driving license is required.
