We are recruiting for a Dealer Principal to join the team at Suzuki Keighley. This is a fabulous opportunity to join a family‑run business in the AM top 50 and represent one of our fantastic manufacturer partners. We are looking for ambitious and driven individuals who are passionate about providing world‑class customer service. This role comes with a very competitive salary.
Our business started over 60 years ago and has been in the same family ever since. We have grown to be one of the top 50 car dealers in the country. Across our 26 businesses we have a stable workforce of over 600 people, many of whom have been with us for years. We look for genuine people who care about customers and have a can‑do attitude.
We are recruiting for a seasoned automotive professional with deep‑rooted passion for innovation, excellence and extensive experience as a Dealer Principal. The role requires leading from the front, innovating and motivating the team at Skoda and Select Dealership. Confident, communicative skills are essential, liaising with the Board of Directors, Group Managers and colleagues on site.
Required technical skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, to analyse and evidence successes and improvements within the dealership. The role is detail‑ and result‑oriented with a proven ability to increase profitability and performance. Candidates should be autonomous, ambitious, and eager to build a career alongside our thriving company. You must hold a current valid clean driving licence.
Hours: Monday – Friday 9:00–18:00, and 1 in 3 Saturdays to meet business needs.
