Our business started over 60 years ago and has been in the same family ever since. From our very humble beginnings, we have grown to be in the top 50 car dealers in the country. Across our 26 businesses we have a stable workforce of over 600 people, many of whom have been with us for years. About You
As Senior Marketing Executive, you will be fundamental in the execution of various marketing strategies and campaigns. You will play a key role in enhancing our brand presence and assisting in driving sales through effective marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure campaign success.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Content Creation:
- Support the creation of engaging content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and email newsletters.
- Assist in the production of marketing materials such as brochures and promotional videos.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for content development.
Social Media Management:
- Assist in managing and growing our social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn with our agency partners.
- Help develop and implement social media strategies to increase awareness and engagement.
Event Coordination:
- Assist in the planning and execution of automotive events and product launches.
- Coordinate logistics of point of sale items to our dealers.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Track and analyse marketing metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.
- Prepare regular reports on marketing performance, highlighting key insights and trends and working closely with the sales analyst.
Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, taking notes, managing calendars, and maintaining marketing databases.
- Assist in the coordination of marketing projects and ensure deadlines are met.
Requirements:
- 2 years experience in a marketing role; experience within an agency background is desirable.
- Experience in stakeholder management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing software and tools such as CapCut, Hootsuite, Canva and Adobe Creative Suite are desirable.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing techniques.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for the automotive industry is a plus.
