Our business started over 60 years ago and has been in the same family ever since. From our very humble beginnings, we have grown to be in the top 50 car dealers in the country. Across our 26 businesses we have a stable workforce of over 600 people, many of whom have been with us for years. We are always on the lookout for nice, genuine people who genuinely care about our customers and have a can‑do attitude. We’ll expect you to work hard but in return we’ll offer you real opportunity to progress: we prefer to promote from within and you will see this in every one of our sites. You must possess an outrageous ambition to want to be the best and you won’t let anyone stop you.
We're looking for a commercially driven sales professional to join our Corporate Department. Ideally, you’ll have a strong background in Rental, broker and or working with FN50 Corporate sales, with experience working within a manufacturer dealership environment and confidence using manufacturer systems. You will have a proven track record of building and maintaining successful relationships with brokers, corporate clients, and business customers, alongside excellent customer service skills and strong commercial awareness. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment, you’ll be motivated by delivering outstanding results while creating exceptional customer experiences.
You will be responsible for a small team; previous management or supervisory experience would be an advantage, but not essential. We’re equally interested in ambitious sales professionals who are ready to take the next step in their career and demonstrate the leadership potential to progress into a management role. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your leadership skills within a supportive team. You’ll receive the guidance and mentoring needed to grow, while playing a key role in the continued success and development of our Corporate Department.
Previous Corporate/Fleet and dealership experience is essential for this role, alongside a strong understanding of vehicle supply, customer management and the day‑to‑day operational demands of a busy corporate sales environment. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a forward‑thinking team within a family business that combines traditional values with ambitious plans for the future.
