An exciting, newly created opportunity has arisen within the Corporate team at D M Keith, offering the chance to join a well-established and respected family run business representing a portfolio of leading automotive manufacturers within the Corporate and Fleet sector.
About the Business: Our business started over 60 years ago and has been in the same family ever since. From our very humble beginnings, we have grown to be in the top 50 car dealers in the country. Across our 26 businesses we have a stable workforce of over 600 people, many of whom have been with us for years. About the role and about you: This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and commercially minded individual to play a key role within a growing and evolving department. Working closely with both internal stakeholders and corporate customers, the successful candidate will help deliver exceptional levels of service while supporting the continued growth of the business within the fleet and corporate marketplace.
The role will suit a highly organised, customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands the importance of building strong, long-lasting business relationships. The selected candidate will lead and develop a team of LBDM’s to support continued growth within the Fleet and Corporate department ensuring performance and resource levels align with our Brands expectations.
Previous Corporate/Fleet and dealership experience is essential for this role, alongside a strong understanding of vehicle supply, customer management and the day-to-day operational demands of a busy corporate sales environment.

What we offer: Working hours that are 5 days per week Monday to Friday. World class training provided from our own trainer and our brand partners. 30 days annual leave inclusive of 8 bank holidays, increasing with length of service. Preferential rates for servicing and repairs on your family and friend’s cars. A workplace pension scheme.
