Our business started over 60 years ago and has been in the same family ever since. From humble beginnings, we have grown to be in the top 100 car dealers in the country, with ambitions to be in the top 50 soon. Across our 16 businesses, we have a stable workforce of over 400 people, many of whom have been with us for years. We value genuine people who care about our customers and have a can-do attitude.

What we offer:
- A competitive salary of up to £50,000 including OTE, depending on experience.
- Manufacturer training for product knowledge to equip you with the technical skills needed.

About You
Working in one of our Accident Repair centres, you will have the opportunity to develop, grow, and perfect your craft across various vehicle makes and models. You will perform a wide range of repairs. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of MET (including suspension, beneficial but not mandatory), panel repairs, and replacements following manufacturer methods.
We treat every vehicle as our own, ensuring the highest standards. You should take pride in your work, have excellent attention to detail, and a keen eye for spotting issues others might miss. You will need a full driving license.
Working hours:
This is a full-time role, working 40 hours per week. Hours are fixed but flexible depending on your needs.
