We are looking for a Transaction Manager to join our team at our Skoda dealership in Grimsby.
This is a fabulous opportunity to join a family-run business in the top 50 and represent one of our manufacturer partners.
We seek ambitious, driven individuals passionate about providing world-class customer service. The role offers a competitive salary with an achievable OTE of £53,000 per annum.

About You
You should be a confident listener, adaptable to customer needs, target-driven, and committed to customer care. Experience in F&I, deal stacking, coaching, and team development is essential, with prior motor trade experience at a senior sales or managerial level preferred.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage and develop vehicle sales inquiries
- Manage and develop F&I sales
- Maximize vehicle sales and profitability
- Maximize profitable finance and insurance product sales in compliance with regulations
- Ensure departmental compliance and conduct monthly self-audits
- Contribute to policy development and ensure smooth sales operations
