We are looking for a Parts Advisor to join our Parts Department at our Skoda Hull dealership.

About you
We want ambitious, driven individuals passionate about delivering a world-class customer experience. You will facilitate the efficient operation of the Service department, using all available resources to maximize customer satisfaction and profitability. You will also contribute to business growth through value-added aftersales products while maintaining full Duty of Care for customer vehicles.
Main Responsibilities
- Ensure the efficient and profitable operation of the Parts department.
- Plan, organize, and control department resources to maximize sales, upselling, and customer satisfaction.
- Supervise and develop department personnel.
- Receive and identify stock, check goods from suppliers.
- Locate items accurately in the parts department.
- Identify customer needs using EPAC, ETKA parts catalogues, and stock lists.
- Conduct all transactions courteously.
- Implement applicable discount structures.
- Pick parts for service, sales, retail, and trade customers.
