As one of the South East's leading suppliers of reactive fabric maintenance & PPM services, we are looking for enthusiastic, qualified plumbers and heating engineers to join our already successful field-based team. We would be particularly interested in applicants based within 15 miles of M25 Essex, London areas as there are a large concentration of clients in these areas.
You will be required to provide professional and efficient reactive maintenance services to clients within the retail, leisure and supported housing sectors, covering a variety of both domestic gas and plumbing callouts. In addition to your excellent and proven trade skills you will also need great customer service skills, as you will be in day to day, direct contact with our vast range of clients - from Retail Managers to Domestic Carers.
These roles have a high earning potential with plenty of opportunities for overtime to be earned. OTE £55k. Whilst we ask that you have your own hand tools, we supply pretty much everything you will need to do the job! You will be supplied a PDA, fully serviced and maintained Company vehicle, PPE and full administrative support from our Head Office in Sidcup, Kent.
You must be comfortable with apps on the phone/PDA, although full training will be given on this during detailed induction. You may be required to attend multiple jobs/sites during the course of the day, but you may also find yourself working on larger works for longer durations, no two days are the same here!
Whilst we try to operate within office hours (08:00 18:00) we do provide our clients with the option to have works completed out of office/trading hours, so there is opportunity for evening/night/early morning and weekend work at enhanced rates of pay. In addition, our clients expect us to provide a 24/7 365 days a year emergency service, so you will be required to participate in the on-call rota alongside your colleagues, 1 week in 8.
