We are seeking a self-driven assistant junior estimator to join our dynamic team in Sidcup. Following relevant guidance and training from our experienced team, you will be conducting surveys and preparing site audits for the projects team, along with developing these into quotations. Therefore, you must hold high attention to detail to ensure the provision of accurate measurements for our various construction projects.
You will be responsible for your own efficient diary management and be working in line with personal KPIs and client-based SLAs, alongside our project managers. This role is split between office-based working and moving across sites, to enable you to complete site surveys as required. Therefore, a full driving licence and the ability to travel into central London is a must.
This is an exciting opportunity, offering progression within the company and training opportunities. This would suit a graduate or college leaver looking to move into a projects facilities/maintenance led role, or someone with some trade experience looking to move into a multi-functional role.
