Due to our successful tendering for and onboarding of new clients, D&M Contractors are seeking skilled Multi Traders based in or around Essex to join our already successful team. As a Multi Trader, you will play a vital role in providing efficient and timely repairs & installation services to our clients in the retail, leisure, and care sectors. You will work closely with FM Service Providers and Blue Chip organizations to deliver exceptional maintenance services while upholding our commitment to outstanding customer service.
Duties:
- Independently perform a variety of tasks related to building, carpentry & basic plumbing services.
- Execute reactive and planned maintenance services with precision and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Conduct surveys as needed and provide insightful options for consideration.
- Maintain professionalism while working in light commercial environments, showcasing excellent customer service skills.
- Utilize a full set of hand tools and equipment effectively.
