Grahams Bakery is seeking a commercially minded New Product Development Account Manager to drive projects from brief to successful launches. You will bridge customers with internal teams, and work hands-on in the development kitchen and factory to scale concepts into market-ready products.
You will manage retailer and customer development projects, build relationships, translate briefs into plans, and coordinate across NPD, technical, commercial, procurement and operations.
