We are excited to announce a unique opportunity to join our rapidly growing women’s jewellery brand D.LOUISE. We are one of the UK’s fastest-growing companies and have a strong presence in both the UK and US.

We are looking for an E-commerce Trading Manage r who combines commercial acumen with an entrepreneurial mindset - someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, spots opportunities early, and isn’t afraid to test, learn, and adapt to drive results.

Position: E-commerce Trading Manager

Responsibilities:

Trading & Commercial Growth

  • Develop and deliver the e-commerce trading strategy for UK and US markets, aligned with commercial and brand objectives.
  • Own monthly revenue targets, using performance data to optimise sales, margin, and conversion.
  • Monitor and analyse KPIs including traffic sources, conversion rates, and AOV, implementing rapid trading actions to maximise results.
  • Take a proactive, test-and-learn approach to trading decisions — identifying underperforming areas and new opportunities to accelerate growth.
  • Manage site navigation, product categorisation, filters, and search to improve discoverability and sell-through.
  • Continuously optimise landing pages, product placement, and checkout to enhance UX and conversion rates.
  • Ensure all category updates, seasonal changes, and campaigns are executed to a high standard and aligned with trading priorities.
  • Work closely with Buying, Merchandising, CRM, and Marketing to ensure site activity supports stock flow, campaign performance, and brand positioning.
  • Produce clear daily and weekly trade reports, highlighting actions to improve performance.
  • Review customer behaviour and journeys, implementing data-led optimisations to improve engagement and conversion.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years’ experience in e-commerce/trading management within a fast-growth D2C retail environment.
  • Proven track record in delivering sales growth through trading actions.
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to make quick, data-led decisions.
  • Proficiency in Shopify Plus and strong understanding of digital marketing’s impact on trading performance.
  • Analytical, with excellent numerical skills and the ability to forecast and plan effectively.
  • Experience in financial planning and understanding of P&L drivers.
  • Entrepreneurial approach to trading - proactive, resourceful, and able to balance quick wins with longer-term growth strategies.
  • Jewellery or fashion e-commerce experience is a plus
