D K OBENG GROUP PROPERTIES LIMITED is an established real estate firm specializing in residential and commercial property management and portfolio development. We are currently seeking a highly organized, practical, and driven Property Manager to oversee the daily operations and maintenance structures of our expanding portfolio.
The position is intended to provide professional oversight of the company's property portfolio, tenancy and accommodation operations, maintenance arrangements, property administration, contractor relationships, property performance and future property investment activities.
The proposed role is directly connected to the company's established business activities and future commercial plans.
Core Responsibilities:
- Portfolio Management: Co-ordinate, direct, and oversee the daily maintenance, tenant handovers, and physical asset management of assigned residential properties.
- Logistics & Contractor Oversight: Source, negotiate, and oversee third-party maintenance contractors, surveyors, and tradespeople to ensure physical structural works are completed on time, within safety standards, and inside operational budgets.
- Compliance & Safety: Maintain total oversight of statutory safety regulations, ensuring all assets are fully compliant with UK gas safety, electrical safety, fire risk assessments, and environmental standards.
- Tenant & Client Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients and tenants. Oversee lease agreements, check-in inventories, and conflict resolution processes.
- Budgetary Management: Track operational expenditure, optimize supply chains for building materials/services, and prepare cost-efficiency reports for senior directors.
