D.K Lift Services are a family business, specialising in Service, Maintenance & Repair of Platform Lifts, Stairlifts and Service Lifts across London, Kent and the South-East. We are looking for an experienced Platform & Stairlift Engineer to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for the maintenance, servicing and repair of a variety of Platform Lifts and Stairlifts across residential and commercial sites. We specialise in disabled access and DDA compliant lifts and work on products by Motala, Aritco, Stannah, Handicare, Thyssen, Cibes, Pollock and more.

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out routine servicing and fault diagnosis on Stairlifts and Platform Lifts (we also look after Service Lifts and Hoists)
  • Complete responsive repairs and emergency callouts
  • Liaise professionally with clients, contractors, and office staff
  • Maintain clear and accurate service reports and documentation
  • Work closely with our Apprentice

Qualifications:

  • NVQ Level 2/3 in Lift Engineering or equivalent experience

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience working on Stairlifts and/or Platform Lifts (Essential)
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Strong fault-finding ability and a proactive attitude
  • A customer-focused mindset and tidy workmanship

Preferred Skills:

  • Proven experience working on Stairlifts and/or Platform Lifts (Essential)

Pay range and compensation package:

Competitive salary based on experience.
