For our London office, we are seeking a second Office Manager. This is a full‑time position with regular attendance at the office. This role calls for a high level of independence, initiative, strong communication skills as well as customer and service orientation.
Your Responsibilities- Office Administration / Office Management
- First point of contact for the London office
- Processing of purchase invoices, preparation of sales invoices and liaising with the Accountant
- Contract administration and general filing
- Assistance with travel management and hotel corporate agreements
- Coordination of staff and client events as well as conferences
- Support with IT processes, Marketing, ISO certifications
- Human Resources
- Organising marketing and recruiting events
- Support with administrative procedures and necessary formalities for new and existing staff
- Maintenance and updating of policies and regulations
- Health & Safety
- Broad professional work experience with a high level of attention to detail
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- German language skills are strongly desirable
- Sound knowledge of MS Office
- Willingness to take responsibility for one’s own area of work
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
