The D.E.Shaw group seeks a proactive, resourceful, organized, and detail-oriented individual to support senior executives of the firm’s London-based trading groups. This nine-month assignment offers the chance to play a key collaborative role in keeping business initiatives organized and on track in a dynamic, engaging, and inclusive working environment.

What you’ll do day-to-day

Who we’re looking for

At least six years of relevant experience, ideally in fast-paced or high-performing work environments.

Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion is a must.

Detail-oriented individuals with exceptional organizational and communication skills, who are accustomed to taking ownership of their work both independently and as part of a team will thrive in this role.

A bachelor’s degree is preferred, as is proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (particularly Outlook) and the ability to learn and utilize productivity software, including Slack, Confluence, and SharePoint.
